Director. Stephen Jackson.
Stephen is responsible for the overall Management and Development of the business in both Railway Engineering and the provision of Professional and Skilled Services. 
Stephen is the Managing Director of the business. His key roles include the Establishment and Management of Company Standards in Health and Safety, Environment, and Quality; with both the financial and commercial control for the company.
Stephen has over twenty-five years’ experience in the railway engineering industry, focused on railway construction and maintenance.

Director. Alan Maye.
Alan heads 1stinrail Limited's London Office.
Alan brings decades of experience in the UK Rail Engineering Industry. Alan has specialist knowledge in Permanent Way Engineering and Construction. Previous to establishing 1stinrail UK, Alan worked for Tube Lines SMEP as General Manager with responsibility for the successful delivery for all SMEP works. 
Alan has the responsibility for all works managed from the London Office including Railway Engineering Contracts and the provision of professional and skilled services.

Director. Jamie Kelly.
Jamie heads the 1stinrail Limited Sheffield Office dealing with maintenance and installation contracts throughout the UK. He also leads 1stinrail Limited's IT development. 
Jamie, working with fellow directors, develops and enhances the 1stinrail business with an emphasis on introducing new (and more efficient) technologies. 
He is a highly motivated Project Manager with a wide range of experience in multi-discipline project delivery roles. Jamie has held senior management roles with the ultimate responsibility for the safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of high profile projects.
