Job Title: Hand Back Supervisor.

Reports To: Night Manager and Director.

Location: London, but may be required to work away.

Responsible For: General Operatives, Trackmen, Gangers and Foremen.

Role:-

Supervising the undertaking of track renewals or refurbishment in a safe and timely manner.
Supervise team members in maintaining a clean and tidy worksite ensuring that all work is carried out to the required standards. 
Supervise General Operatives, Trackmen, Gangers and Foremen.
Undertake on site competence assessments of 1stinrail personnel (staff and temporary workers) recording findings up to the line manager.

Experience: 36 months track working experience.

• Know the location of fire points in the areas you are working and ensure that those under your control do the same.
• Know the fire drill and to ensure that fire points exist and are not obstructed and ensure that those under your control do the same.
• Know the location of first aid points in the area you are working.
• Attend for work promptly and properly equipped and ensure that those under your control do the same.
• Report any issues with the workforce in relation to discipline, timekeeping, attitude, workmanship, absenteeism etc. to your line manager.  Ensure prompt and effective management of the same in accordance with 1stinrail procedure.
