I am writing to express my sincere thanks to you for your successful completion of the re-railment of the GOB line between Leyton Midland Road and Walthamstow Queens Road following the derailment of a freight train which caused extensive damage. Due to your hand work the programme was delivered on time and to plan. Your collaborative working meant that each phase of this programme was delivered on time. Please accept my personal thanks and appreciate for all your efforts to put our passengers first.
